Daily Wrap (22/2/2008)

Not much to report, took the day off work to see family and eat loads.

Exercising: 200 sit-ups, 50 crunches, 10 minute weights
Running: -
Food: Current buns (breakfast), Baked Potato (lunch), Dim Sum (lunch), pesto pasta salad
