Daily Wrap (16/2/2008)

Spent Saturday, sleeping, cooking, shopping and washing up. Feet almost better.

Summary
Exercise: 250 sit-ups, 15 minute dumbbells
Running: -
Food: Chocolate Nutrition drink, Paprika potatoes and macaroni (lunch), M&S Salmon Pasta Salad (lunch), grilled salmon (dinner)
